This is a handmade festival crown that is bold, flashy, and lightweight! I moved to New Orleans four years ago and started expanding my artwork to include making festival-piece I wore to parades and parties. People kept asking me to make my headpieces for sale, and so here we are! The base is sturdy and light weight. It is hand-rhinestoned and hand-painted. The roses are also hand-painted and hand-glittered. The skulls and feathers are placed to add extra flash and just the right amount of darkness.
